Job Title: Sales Agent

Overall Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Agent will be to generate sales leads, build relationships with customers, and close sales deals. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on our offerings
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Working Conditions:

- This position will require frequent travel to meet with customers and attend sales meetings
- The Sales Agent may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules
