The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on campaign management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the annual marketing strategy and budget.

• Lead brand positioning across digital, print, and events — ensuring consistency with company values.

• Plan, launch, and measure multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, paid media, events, PR).

• Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and thought leadership.

• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition in collaboration with sales and business development.

• Manage and optimise digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, paid ads, analytics).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategy.

• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media, and strategic partners.

• Track ROI on campaigns and present regular performance reports to leadership.

• Mentor and manage junior marketing staff or interns.
