We are an international social media company working with creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We are looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to join our remote team and take ownership of managing and growing creator accounts.

Your responsibilities include:

Developing and executing creative content strategies in collaboration with creators.
Researching social media trends and identifying video ideas with high viral potential.
Writing scripts, hooks, captions, and content outlines tailored to the creator’s brand.
Building and maintaining structured content calendars, performance sheets, and idea lists.
Coordinating with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure smooth content production.
Monitoring performance data (views, engagement, conversions) and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Supporting creators with creative direction, positioning, and long-term growth strategies.
Staying ahead of platform trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

This is a remote position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work closely with creators in a fast-moving and creative environment.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a creative or communication-related field (Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Design, Fine Arts, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content strategy, marketing management, or influencer marketing.
Strong creative writing and storytelling skills (hooks, captions, scripts).
Excellent research and organizational skills – ability to create structured plans, lists, and reports.
Proven experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including trend awareness.
Deep understanding of Western social media culture (memes, trends, storytelling styles, humor) – you don’t just study it, you live it.
Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to generate new strategies and ideas.
Strong communication skills in English (C1 or higher).

Ability to take full ownership of creator management tasks in a remote environment.

Nice to have:
- Experience managing influencers or creators directly.
- Portfolio of successful social media projects or campaigns.
- Basic design or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop).
