Seeking a proactive Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst and Administration Manager to streamline processes, drive reengineering projects, and ensure secure, efficient operations.

Key Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

·        3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

·        Strong technical aptitude and quick to learn new systems

·        Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools

·        Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams

·        Knowledge of the fuel industry and SADC region advantageous
