    Posbeskrywing:

    Die primêre doel van hierdie rol is om vinnige en volhoubare groei te dryf deur die hele verkoopsproses suksesvol te bestuur. Die Verkoopsverteenwoordiger sal verantwoordelik wees vir die uitbreiding van die kliëntebasis en om 'n sterk markteenwoordigheid te verseker.


    Kernfunksies:

    • Besigheidsontwikkeling: Soek aktief nuwe verkoopvooruitsigte, skakel daarmee en jaag hulle na om die kliëntebasis uit te brei.

    • Strategiese Beplanning: Ontwerp en voer 'n strategiese sakeplan uit om verkoopsdoelwitte te bereik.

    • Verkope en Promosie: Bied aan, bevorder en verkoop produkte en dienste aan beide nuwe en bestaande kliënte.

    • Kliënteverhoudingsbestuur: Bou en handhaaf sterk, positiewe sakeverhoudings met kliënte.

    • Onderhandeling en Transaksie beklinking: Onderhandel en beklink suksesvolle transaksies en verkope.

    • Administratiewe Verslagdoening: Ontleed markpotensiaal en verskaf gereelde verslae aan bestuur oor kliëntbehoeftes, mededinger-aktiwiteite en nuwe sakegeleenthede.

    • Kliëntetevredenheid: Versnel die oplossing van kliënteprobleme en klagtes om kliëntetevredenheid te maksimeer.


    Kwalifikasies en Vereistes:

    • Bewese werkservaring as 'n Verkoopsverteenwoordiger.

    • Uitstekende kennis van MS Office.

    • Vertroudheid met BRM en CRM-praktyke.

    • Hoogs gemotiveerd, teikengedrewe, en met 'n sterk verkoopsrekord.

    • Uitstekende verkoop-, kommunikasie- en onderhandelingsvaardighede.

    • Sterk prioritisering-, tydsbestuur- en organisatoriese vaardighede.

    • Die vermoë om professionele aanbiedings te skep en te lewer.

    • Moet oor eie betroubare vervoer beskik.

    • Moet vlot wees in beide Afrikaans en Engels.

    • Buigsame werkure word vereis.

    • Moet in of naby Pretoria woon.

Vacancy: Sales Representative

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative. This is a crucial role for a candidate with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales. The position is based in or near Boksburg.


 

Job Description:

 

The primary goal of this role is to drive rapid and sustainable growth by successfully managing the entire sales process. The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding the client base and ensuring a strong market presence.


 

Core Functions:

 

  • Business Development: Actively seek out, engage with, and pursue new sales prospects to expand the client base.

  • Strategic Planning: Design and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets.

  • Sales and Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products and services to both new and existing clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive business relationships with clients.

  • Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate and close successful deals and sales.

  • Administrative Reporting: Analyze market potential and provide regular reports to management on client needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

  • Client Satisfaction: Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.


 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and with a strong sales record.

  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

  • The ability to create and deliver professional presentations.

  • Must have your own reliable transport.

  • Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English.

  • Flexible working hours are required.

  • Must reside in or close to Pretoria.
