A leading firm in the commercial, industrial, and mining sectors, is looking for a driven and ambitious Student or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Pretoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute and detail-oriented individual to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have completed a BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying and be proficient in WinQS, DimX, and Microsoft Office. Experience in mining and industrial projects is a plus. If you have 1 to 2 years of pre-honours experience, an exceptional eye for detail, and are looking for a full-time position, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Assisting with tender and contract documentation.
• Measuring and valuing completed work on-site.
• Managing project costs and tracking financial progress.
• Preparing progress reports for clients and management.

Requirements:

• Must have a completed BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying.
• 1 to 2 years of pre-honours experience is considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in WinQS, DimX, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Experience working on mining and industrial projects (such as process plants, roads, and infrastructure) is a significant advantage.
