Your Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports

✔ Support month-end and year-end close processes

✔ Perform reconciliations (bank, accounts payable/receivable)

✔ Draft cash flow reports and assist with client budgets

✔ Assist with VAT, tax submissions, and SARS-related tasks

✔ Handle payroll processing and ensure PAYE/UIF/WCA compliance

✔ Manage CIPC-related duties and statutory filings

✔ Prepare journal entries with proper documentation

✔ Support the preparation of AFS, management accounts, and other reports

✔ Provide support to senior accountants on audits and financial analysis

✔ Respond to client queries and offer general admin support as needed
