A global SaaS company is expanding its team worldwide and launching a brand-new office in Cape Town.
As part of this exciting growth, we’re looking for confident, well-spoken individuals who are comfortable engaging with international businesses and C-suite decision-makers.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in global B2B sales.

Minimum Requirements:
A completed National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (flexible depending on experience)
Minimum 6 months of experience dealing directly with customers in an outbound sales capacity
Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and professional
A strong presence and the ability to speak comfortably with senior decision-makers
High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
Excellent time management and a proactive, self-driven mindset

Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and identify ideal clients, then use personalized outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage decision-makers
Start meaningful business conversations and book discovery meetings
Help grow the sales pipeline by generating qualified opportunities through cold calling
Accurately record activity and progress using CRM tools
Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and career development support
