Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm (UK time)
Location: Remote
Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 rand per month
Thomas Webb Recruitment Ltd is a market specialist recruitment consultancy providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions for residential and commercial property professionals in London and the South East of England.
We currently have an exciting opportunity to work directly under the owner of the business in a key support position, assisting him in all areas of the full recruitment cycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Administrator to further develop their knowledge, skills and experience and further grow their career and earning potential.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Recruitment Consultant shall be responsible for;

Conducting candidate CV searches using various CV database websites

Writing and post job adverts on jobs boards

Screening CV’s to identify candidates of potential interest for our active vacancies

Maintaining the candidate database, ensuring that all candidates are uploaded, that their information and vacancy requirements are accurate and up to date

Send out mailshots to candidates of interest to advertise our vacancies and establish potential interest

Telephone screening candidates to establish employment status, job search status and vacancy criteria etc

Format candidate CV’s ready for client submission

Coordinating and arranging interviews between clients and candidates

Obtaining candidate employment reference information and submitting reference requests

Carryout market research to identify potential new client companies, key decision makers (directors, hiring managers etc), and upload company and decision maker contact details onto our CRM

Sending out mailshot to clients, advertising prospective candidates and services

Chasing client invoices for payment

Marking invoices as paid

Filing, allocating and processing expense receipts

Candidate Requirements
Applicant Experience:
-
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Administrator, highly desirable

Experience in maintaining databases, or CRM systems and regularly communicating via phone and email
Applicant Skills:

IT/Technology proficiency (CRM and ATS systems, Chat GPT, Canva, Microsoft Office, Jobs Boards and CV Database Websites)

Strong organisational and time management abilities
-
Effective communication, interpersonal and social skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads

Competence in handling confidential information with discretion

Customer service orientation

Good analytical skills

Good problem solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and use initiative
