Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
Coordinate the receiving and dispatch of stock logistics.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and prevent shortages.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Organize and optimize storage space for efficient stock management.
Assist with other store operations tasks as needed.
Monthly stock takes, issuing of store reports.
Proper housekeeping.
All store admin duties.

Required Skills

Computer Skills: 3 to 4 years
Stock Control: 3 to 4 years
Pastel Experience: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

Requirements

Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Pastel experience a must.
Minimum 3 years experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Time management skill.
