We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our Cape Town team. You’ll be working across UK and EU markets, focusing on sourcing and engaging top talent for high-demand roles.

💼 What You’ll Do:
🔍 Talent Sourcing & Delivery

• Source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools

• Write engaging job adverts to attract the right candidates

• Build talent pipelines for current and future roles

🤝 Candidate Management

• Screen and qualify candidates across technical and specialist roles

• Manage submissions, interviews, and offers with speed and accuracy

• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process

📊 Admin & Coordination

• Keep systems like Bullhorn and Monday.com up to date

• Ensure best practice and compliance standards are met

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Development and Account Managers to deliver on client briefs

• Help manage interview scheduling and feedback coordination

🔑 What You’ll Bring:
✅ 1–3 years agency recruitment experience (must-have)
✅ Exposure to IT, Construction, Engineering, or similar technical sectors
✅ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, CRMs)
✅ Highly organised, target-driven, and a confident communicator
✅ Happy to work full-time, in-office (Woodstock) on UK hours
