Responsibilities:

·        5+ years in performance improvement, including 2+ years as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst.

·        Perform requirements gathering, process analysis, and gap analysis to ensure client needs are met.

·        Create detailed use cases and collaborate with technical teams to implement functionality.

·        Conduct product testing, user training, and prepare SLA reports.

·        Build strong client relationships and provide first-line support.

·        Identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
