Duties:

• Overseeing day to day loading and deliveries
• Linking of loads
• Updates on following day’s loads
• Resolve queries with Admin and SAP team within 48 hours
• Update Western Cape depot yards daily on what has come in, and gone out
• Follow ups on daily loads marked “Urgent”
• Make sure information received matches customer POD’s when off loaded for correct linking
• Report to Manager when queries exceed 48 hours to prevent delays
• List of mines to be advised weekly to Invoice Department to follow up on recons
• Make sure that official SAP orders are received before TBC orders are sent to transporters
