Seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Cape Town (Bellville) to translate business needs into functional requirements and support system implementation and testing.

Key Requirements

• Degree in B Eng (Industrial) or other engineering qualification
• 4+ years’ experience in business/process analysis
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL, Dynamics NAV/Business Central (advantageous)
• Experience in FMCG and software development (advantageous)
• Ability to define/document processes, lead change, manage projects
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license
• Office-based full time for first 6 months, then hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
