Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in building projects and a solid grasp of CCS (Candy Construction Software)

We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Clients dynamic and growing team.

You will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of high-profile building projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
• Administer and manage sub-contractor and supplier contracts
• Perform accurate valuations and cost reporting
• Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial control
• Prepare tender and contract documentation
• Monitor project progress and provide financial updates

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years' experience working on building construction projects
• Proficient in CCS (Candy Construction Software)
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, JBCC, NEC)
• Proven experience with cost planning, estimating, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (BSc or equivalent)
