They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Nursing Manager to join their team and lead with excellence in clinical service delivery and nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the nursing team across various departments.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinical governance frameworks.

• Oversee nursing resource planning, training, and professional development.

• Foster a culture of patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

• Monitor and manage budgets, staffing levels, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing; a post-graduate qualification in Nursing Management or similar is advantageous.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior nursing leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Proven track record in staff management, clinical governance, and quality assurance.
