Employer: Tumaini Consulting

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Auditor to join our clients dedicated team.

Qualifications:

RA(SA) + CA(SA); Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
Experience in managing audit staff, audits and reviews.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire audit process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement audit plans, strategies, and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.
Lead a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality audit engagements.
Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommendations for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations affecting the audit function.
