We’re looking for a motivated and creative Digital Content Assistant to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Edit and create engaging visual content (images & videos) for digital campaigns

  • Upload and format blog posts on WordPress, ensuring proper layout and SEO basics

  • Assist with updating website content and media galleries

  • Use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI platforms to create visuals

  • Support basic digital marketing tasks and campaigns across email, social, and web

  • Monitor and report on content performance using Google Analytics

  • Contribute ideas and improvements based on data insights and digital trends

Required Skills

  • Marketing: 2 to 3 years
  • Excel: 3 to 4 years
  • Organiser: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

  • A basic understanding of marketing principles (especially digital)

  • An analytical mind – you enjoy understanding what works and why

  • Some experience with Google Analytics (basic level is fine)

  • Familiarity with WordPress

  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), or AI-powered design tools

  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn

  • Organised, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Good use of Excel and / or Google Drive Spreadsheets 

🎯 Bonus Points If You Have:

 

  • Video editing or motion graphics skills

  • Previous experience with SEO-friendly content formatting

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
