Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health and Safety and HR Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to assist with HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices, as well as experience with HR processes and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with health and safety policies and procedures administration.

- Assist with the administration for recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Provide support on HR-related matters, including benefits, leave, and performance reviews

Qualifications:

- Grade 12

-Diploma /Degree
- 2+ years of experience in health and safety management and/or HR administration
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
