Candidate Requirements

This position entails overseeing the meticulous planning and execution of projects assigned to the Mobile Mills, ensuring timely and precise delivery of customer orders. You’ll work closely with the Mobile Mills Foreman to streamline production processes, tackle potential challenges such as breakdowns or poor weather, and ensure material availability for smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Matric certificate, knowledge of health and safety administration, and demonstrate proficiency in Syspro and Microsoft Office, with a tertiary qualification in production management and a good understanding of the building/construction industry highly advantageous.

Experience in production planning and the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings will strengthen your application. The role requires someone who can effectively handle pressure, manage teams, and travel as necessary, with a valid driver’s license being essential.
