- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression.

- Supplier Coordination: Source and manage a network of suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive rates and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, including staff meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, assisting with project management, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Basic Bookkeeping Skills: Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Organisation: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive Mindset: A proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to take initiative and identify areas for improvement.
