An established organisation in Centurion has a vacancy for an IT Candidate who will be responsible for IT Technical Support and Sales. The position will be based internally assisting Clients face to face and telephonically.
Previous experience within an IT Technical capacity.
Telephonic Support.
Diagnosing and Fault finding.
Trouble shooting.
Responsible for both hardware and software support.
Repairs.
Assist with internal sales.
Candidate Requirements
Matric.
Relevant IT Qualification.
MCSE, MCSA, MCITP would be an advantage.
Previous experience within an IT Technical/Sales position.
Valid drivers licence and own transport.
Strong Customer service skills.
Must be fully biligual in English and Afrikaans.
