We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join our client's team on a maternity cover basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail and possess strong financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing the financial reporting process.
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensuring compliance with IFRS and other statutory regulations.
Working closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Managing the audit process and liaising with external auditors.
Leading and mentoring the finance team during the cover period.

Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA) with 3 - 5 years of post-articles experience.
Retail industry experience is essential.
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS.
Proven ability to manage financial teams and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
