Our client is looking for a passionate Team Leader to inspire and guide their production crew in Johannesburg.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate
Trade Test (Fitter/Millwright/Electrician)
National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry
Familiarity with Uniloy and Urola machine operations is advantageous
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
