Position: Finance Business Partner
Location: Northen Suburbs – Western Cape
Industry: Financial Services
Qualification: CA(SA)
Travel: Local and international travel required (6 times per year)
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar finance business partnering role

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic financial advisor to business units, driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to risk management initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, delivering actionable insights.
• Travel locally and internationally to engage with key stakeholders and support global financial operations.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of [Insert Years] experience in a financial services environment.
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, influence decision-making, and provide financial leadership.

• Valid passport and willingness to travel locally and internationally 6 times per year.
