About the Role:

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive our growth in the beauty and packaging sectors. They are a leading company in the cosmetics industry, focused on delivering high-quality products and innovative packaging solutions.

Location: Remote, South Africa to service EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the cosmetics industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Provide expertise on cosmetic packaging solutions to enhance client offerings.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the cosmetics industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A passion for beauty and cosmetic products, with a deep understanding of market trends.

Bonus Experience:

• Experience in cosmetics packaging or packaging-related sales.
• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
