Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage strata control programs.
Conduct rock mass assessments and stability analyses.
Monitor and evaluate ground conditions.
Provide technical support for mining operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

5-10 years of underground mining experience.
5-10 years of experience as a Strata Control Officer.
3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Strata Control Certificate (Essential).
Bachelor's Degree in Geology or a relevant field (Essential).
Rock Mechanic Certificate (Essential).
