Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the procurement process from requisition to purchase order
• Evaluate supplier options and negotiate pricing and contracts
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
• Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs
• Monitor procurement budgets and assist in cost-saving initiatives
• Resolve any issues with vendors related to pricing, shipments, or quality
• Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Approximately 5 years of experience in the field
• Familiarity with fittings and pipes used in civil engineering
• Strong supplier database expertise and effective purchasing instincts
• Knowledge of Buildsmart is a plus

Salary: R21,000
