Company specialising in the building industry requires a site/project coordinator assistant.

• Conduct daily site visits to various customer locations to ensure that installations are on track and do general inspections.
• Ensure that all products / components on site are correct, per installation.
• Able to read / understand technical specifications and drawings.
• Report to and liaise with the Project manager to ensure that all site projects are managed properly.
• Work closely with the installation teams to make sure that installation end dates are adhered to and address any issues that may arise.
• Engage with the customer on site to try to resolve any queries / issues.
• Raise non-conformances, as per company policy, so that these may be addressed appropriately.
• Ensure safety measure and controls are in place and always adhered to
• Work with the internal teams to ensure no / minimal disruption on site.
