1. Ensures that all personnel records are kept up to date and filed accordingly.
2. Compile and submit Employment Equity Reports, Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports and apply for Discretionary Grants at FP&M Seta.
3. Maintain and strengthen Labour Relations
4. Promote adherence to the company policies and procedures
5. Manage and reporting of Absenteeism.
6. Maintains and updates the Jarrison “Access and Time and Attendance System”
7. Attend and record proceedings of Disciplinary Hearings and Counseling Sessions to ensure that proceedings are fair and correct.
8. Process Provident Fund Claims i.e. Withdrawals, Retirements, Death and Disability Claims.
9. Identify, attract and select the right people for the company with the right skills attitudes
10. Monthly updating and checking authorization of O/T hours from exception reports.
11. Accurate input of hours into payroll system.
12. 3rd Party payments (SARS, Garnishees, Union Memberships, Maintenance, Traffic Fines, etc.)
13. Compiling and submitting Payroll Journals timeously
14. Identify skills gap & training needs together with heads of departments.
15. Coordinate/arrange training as identified.
16. Maintains and updates Workplace Skills Plan.
17. Coordinate Learnership Training between Company, Learner and Training Provider.
18. Ensure that the Company complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act requirements.
19. Coordinate and facilitate the Annual BBBEE Audit
20. Submit the Annual ROE
21. Performs secretarial functions

- Sage Vip: 5 to 6 years
- BBBEE Compliance Management: 5 to 6 years
- Ir Relations: 5 to 6 years

Candidate Requirements
1. Grade 12
2. Tertiary HR qualification
3. 5 Years Sage VIP experience (Non-negotiable)
4. Knowledge of Time & Attendance systems (Jarrison Time preferabl
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Good communication skills within all levels (verbal & written).
7. Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word & Excel)
8. Sound knowledge of BBBEE Codes of good practice
9. Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation
10. Pro active
11. Ability to work under pressure.
12. Ability to work independently and as a team.
