We are searching for a Professional QS to join one of our well-established clients in Cape Town. You will work closely with a team of engineers, procurement specialists, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate quantity surveying duties throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-contract planning, tendering, and post-contract administration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors.
• Ensure accurate cost estimation, measurement, and valuation of works.
• Manage contract variations and claims.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited, internationally recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in quantity surveying within the built environment.
• Professional registration as a Pr.QS with SACQSP.
