- Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for all products, including raw materials, finished goods, and services. Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with company goals.
- Importing and Compliance: Manage the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers to optimize the supply chain.
- Cost Analysis and Budget Management: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and manage the procurement budget effectively. Develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- White Labeling: Lead white labeling initiatives, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that product standards and specifications are met.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement forecasting techniques to anticipate inventory needs, preventing shortages, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including geopolitical, economic, and logistical risks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance. Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve procurement strategies.

Required Skills

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on importing, cost analysis, and inventory management.
- Proven experience in working with international suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with on-site requirements.
