Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to create compelling, informative content that effectively communicates the benefits of our clients eQMS solutions. This role involves developing content that addresses industry challenges and showcases how our products provide valuable solutions. You will work closely with their Marketing Department and collaborate with various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to produce relevant and engaging content.

Develop diverse content formats, such as articles, product descriptions, white papers, data sheets, and video scripts, emphasizing the impact of our eQMS solutions.

Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our messaging.

Identify and address gaps in existing content based on industry developments and your expertise.

Required Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and superior research skills.

Proficient in writing and editing, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a broader audience.

Capability to illustrate practical eQMS use cases effectively.

Desired Traits:

Collaborative and proactive with the ability to work independently.

Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth.

Professional Experience:

Experience creating content related to Quality Management within the Life Sciences industry.

Practical experience with QMS in regulated settings (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices) and a thorough understanding of QMS processes.

Hands-on knowledge of quality management processes such as CAPA, non-conformance management, audits, document control, change control, and supplier management.

Familiarity with quality management software, especially eQMS solutions.

Knowledge Requirements:

Detailed understanding of global regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO, MDR).

Experience with regulatory inspections and audits, including preparation and responses.

Comprehensive knowledge of quality management processes.
