Job Description:
We seek a dedicated Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will report to the Client Solution Director.
Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for contacting clients regularly, seeing what campaigns they have live and evaluating whether they are commercially viable to run with the support of the account management team.
- You will obtain email creatives or brief the design team, sort tracking and communicate the performance back to the client once the campaign is set up.
- You will ensure that the design team refresh creatives regularly.
- You will work with our Scheduling Manager to analyse the campaign’s performance, highlighting offers that are not hitting KPIs and suggesting strategies to optimise them, such as new creatives, subject line tests, etc.
- You will provide analysis on performance across verticals, including top subject lines, the best day of the week to send, the best time of day, and audiences. You will share this with the scheduling team to help them optimise and assist the account managers with QBR and monthly reporting presentations.

Candidate Requirements
About You:

- You will share this with the scheduling team to help them optimise and assist the account managers with QPR (Quarterly Performance Reviews) and monthly reporting presentations.
- You will want to be part of a small team and be prepared for rapid change.
Your Experience:
- Highly organised and strong analytical skills.
- Good eye for design, understanding what makes a consumer click and convert.
- Strong understanding of pivot tables and understanding how to see data patterns.
- Good knowledge of the digital marketing space.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Can use tools like Canva or Powerpoint.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment where timelines and priorities can change instantly.
- Contribute to a team culture focused on authenticity, transparency, client-centricity and active collaboration.
- Discipline, time management, self-motivation and resilience.
- Fluent in English.
Work Hours:
Must be able to work GMT (BST) time, one or two hours ahead of South Africa.
