Our client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their Business Analysis team, focusing on the design and technical development of customized solutions. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, gathering and documenting business requirements, and working closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:

·        Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

·        Diploma in Business Analysis and/or experience in software development is advantageous.

·        Minimum 4 years’ experience in business analysis and process analysis.

·        Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

·        Experience with SQL, FMCG, and business reporting is advantageous.

·        Familiarity with Dynamics NAV/Business Central is a plus.

·        Valid driver's license (Code 08).

·        Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.

·        Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

·        Flexibility to switch roles and responsibilities seamlessly as required.
