1. Attend to all departmental IT support calls
2. Perform Backups
3. Install, Connect & Test new I.T. equipment
4. Disconnect, move, reconnect and test computers
5. Assist in setting up services and special applications.
6. Install and test software and operating systems on local computers.
7. Duplicate and install licensed software from Master copies
Required Skills
- A= Certification
- 1 - 2 Years IT Network Environment
- NT Server And Active Directory
Candidate Requirements
1. Matric.
2. A+ Certification or equivalent formal training will be an advantage
3. 1-2 Years in I.T. Networked computer environment
4. Working Knowledge of Windows 2000 XP and MS Office products.
5. NT server and Active Directory knowledge will be an advantage.
6. A highly motivated person with good communication skills is required.
7. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
