Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target untapped markets ("white spaces") for student recruitment

2. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads from these new markets

3. Conduct outreach activities to potential students and their families

4. Provide comprehensive information about our institution's programs and offerings

5. Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process

6. Meet or exceed assigned enrolment targets

7. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system

8. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align recruitment efforts

9. Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and other events

10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
