Are you a motivated and qualified Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level?

We are seeking a Junior QS to join our Cape Town client. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Assist with tender preparation and evaluation
• Participate in site inspections and take measurements
• Prepare and monitor cost estimates and budgets
• Process and manage variations
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors
• Assist with claims preparation and management

Requirements:

• BSc/BTech Quantity Surveying Degree
• 2+ years’ experience in a PQS environment
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement methods
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• DimX and WinQS experience highly beneficial
