Duties:

• Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Review and process reimbursements per entity
• Maintain reports
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments
• Ensure filing is managed daily
• Project management and allocation are accurate
• Identify and address account discrepancies
• Daily reconciliations sent to Financial Manager
• Consolidating payment schedule
