Candidate Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable institution.
• 6 Months - 3 years’ experience recruiting in one of the following niche industries:
  • Engineering, Finance, Mining, Logistics, Trade & Technical or IT Field.
• This is a hybrid or remote role based on location, if the Applicant is based in the Cape Town area, it also can be an office-based role if it is preferred.
• The applicant should have a drivers license and also their own transportation for the days they would need to be in office.
• The applicant should be a success-driven individual who is passionate about recruitment and have a track record within the recruitment industry.
