A well-known entrepreneurial couple is seeking a dynamic Chef to present / prepare pastries for their ever-growing business in the restaurant sector. The potential Chef needs to meet the following requirements:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Experience as a Chef (preparing both pastries and cooked meals essentials)
Driver’s License & Own Reliable Transport
Trustworthiness and Honesty

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Food preparation

Calculate costings

Recipe development

Cooking, grilling, baking – hot & cold sections

Purchasing & budgeting

Cleaning Equipment used at end of day

Keeping the workplace, kitchen equipment and appliances clean
