Project administrator - Northern SuburbsAn electrical & automation engineering company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ a Project administrator. The primary responsibility of this position to assist and support the proposal engineer and business developers in offering accurate quotation and ensuring deadlines are met.To apply, please send your CV to megan@personastaff.co.za

Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.

Procurement experience advantageous

Procurement, supply chain or quoting experience (2-4 years)

New business development

Technical Designs

Engineering principles

Responsibilities:

Update costing of internal costing databases

Hardware Quotes

Small Quotes:

COC, Repairs, Call outs, Small Distribution boards etc.

UPS and Domestic PV Quotes

Assisting on Tenders:

Overview and populating of BOQs

Price sourcing and comparing received quotations

Completion of Data Sheets, local content forms and compliance documents

Monitoring of completed projects with O&M agreements (daily online checks & reports)

Council Applications

PM of hardware Jobs:

Ordering of hardware

Liaising with the client on Lead Times

Delivery notes

Courier arrangements

Invoicing documentation
