Vacancy Details

Preparation and Submission of Customs Entries (All Modes & Directions – Sea / Air / Import / Export)
Frame "paperless" entries.
Customs Tariff Consulting Internally and Externally
Resolving Customs Stops, Detentions etc...
Managing Customs Refunds
Must be able to Quality control your own entry and entries assigned to you for checking.. pick up errors and reject files or approve entry for EDI to customs
Overtime on Sundays will be compulsory (when required)

Candidate Requirements

Matriculated with a minimum of Maths & English
Proficient in English
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Customs Entries
In-depth Knowledge of the Customs Tariff
Feel comfortable dealing with Clients on the Phone
Able to work unsupervised and fit into a team
Able to work under pressure
Competent and Accurate with administration work
Computer Literate with Ship Shape and NextGen an advantage
