As a thriving company in the Gaming/ Hospitality industry, we are seeking for an IT Technician to be based at Bingo KZN.

 IT Technicians control the installation, manages, repair hardware and software and upkeep of employers’ property, including systems through remote access or site visits as needed by the management. They may also take on more administrative tasks, depending on the specifics of their job.

General: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

·        End user support

·       Assisting with users general I.T requests.

·       To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and a range of software applications.

·       To assist all our users with any IT related incidents when called upon.

·       To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service as soon as possible

·       Escalating incidents to other support individuals where necessary.

·       To install and configure new software and IT equipment.

·       To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware

·       To resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners

·       Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.

·       Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
