This role will groom you into being a specialist Recruitment Consultant Specialist with a core focus and understanding internally and externally of the niche together with extensive market understanding of it.

As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

Client acquisition and business development

Meeting revenue targets

Candidate attraction

Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates

Market research

Interviewing candidates

Negotiating fees with clients

Client proposals and presentations

Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

Degree/ Honours qualification

Part-time experience in promotions or sales

Sales personality
