Our Consumer Sales Team:
Is a well established team that keeps the customers needs front of mind to provide them with a consultative service and offer the best solutions to meet their needs. Handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls and email communications - our ethical sales approach and customer focus, is what helps keep us market leaders!
Led by an outstanding manager with a fantastic track record in developing his team - you’re in great hands. No previous sales experience is required. If you’re a natural communicator and relationship builder, inquisitive and able to solve customer problems and are motivated by hard work resulting in financial rewards - we can provide you with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
AnyVan has exciting growth plans and each team is instrumental in helping us to achieve our goals. We’re looking to quadruple our presence in the German market over the next year, we have the ambition - we’re just looking for the right individual to help drive our success in this market.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping our customers move home/items as cost effectively and environmentally friendly as possible in Germany
Manage a pipeline of warm leads, pro-actively contacting our customers via phone and email to understand their needs and find the most effective solution to identify, qualify and complete the sale
Managing short sales cycles with varying order sizes, building trust based relationships - keeping customer satisfaction front of mind at all times
Managing quotes and liaising with our transport providers to negotiate the best prices for our customers
Working to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (revenue generation) and ethics (selling in the right way)
Having fun and contributing to a positive team vibe. This is a busy role and we know it’s important to create those moments to lighten the mood and have a laugh - the whole team plays their part in supporting each other
We’re happy to train and develop individuals in this role and potential to develop will factor highly in our hiring decision. However, skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role:
Native German speaker or high fluency
Ready to work in a fast paced, fun sales environment
Comfortable spending most of your day speaking on the phone
Comfortable working to and achieving targets
Strong emotional intelligence
Self-motivated, resilient and not phased by change
Easily adopts change and demonstrates agility and flexibility when direction or priorities shift
One team mind-set and the ability to develop, high quality, trust-based working relationships and guide customers and transport providers through processes to achieve the best results for the business
Bonus point if you have:
Previous sales experience
Experience working in fast paced teams
