Moderate customer's reviews and respond to their queries via email
Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for reviews and email response times and service levels
Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
Speak, read and write Deutsche/German fluently
Good interpersonal skills
Must be deadline and target driven

Monday – Friday [09h00-18h00 / 10h00-19h00] (No weekends)
R12 000 – R 14 000 Gross
