A company that provides Immigration and Relocation Services to multinational companies, based in Johannesburg North, is looking to employ an Independent administrator.
·Business management or administration /HR/Law/
·Excellent people, communication and organizational skills
·Strong administrative skills and has held a position with significant secretarial or clerical duties
·Excellent computer skills is required
·Immigration and public relations experience will be advantageous
·Knowledge of Microsoft office(Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and all online meeting tools
·Attention to detail and thinks out of the box
·Doing research to support Immigration and Relocation team
·Provide support with all administration relating to company
·Assisting with preparing letters and application packs for submission to Immigration Authorities
·Liaise with various stakeholders and Government departments regarding Immigration process
·Answering and transferring phone calls and taking messages
·Assist with invoicing and collections
·Monitoring progress of visas and update reports on status
·Submission of visas and other applications and collection and delivery thereof
·Forwarding emails from clients to the appropriate recipient.
·Helping to ensure smooth processes in the company
·Filing and recording of all documents electronically and manually
·Diary management and answering office phones
·Keeping track of receipts of office expenses or expenses incurred by staff/managers
·Recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions
Workings hours: ± 80 hours per month – paid on an hourly rate and to be agreed based on experience.
You will be required to work some days in the office based on company needs/projects. There will be a week of training where you will be required to work in the office. This is not a full time office position therefore remote working will be allowed as agreed
