Providing tier 1 inbound Technical Support to our customers
Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.
Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'
Implement and manage the setup process for our iVvy clients.
Assign and managing designs and custom web-skin work.
Outstanding telephone skills with an ability to translate complex technical information into layman's terms.
Excellent written skills, with an ability to describe technical information clearly.
Excellent time management and an ability to prioritize.
A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Enjoy dealing with people and a genuine desire to assist them.
Experience in a technical contact centre role, or the events industry, and/or using venue & event management software.
A commitment to learning and ongoing personal development
Excellent time management skills, and an ability to prioritize.
Hospitality experience will be advantageous
International market experience working in the UK & USA regions
Working hours - UK Market 10am - 7pm
USA Market 5pm - 2am
