We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team working remotely from home.
The role will involve the individual having excellent communication skills, problem solving, delivering high customer service incorporating sales and very strong organisational skill sets.
The role will be target driven you will be taking ownership for your success. It will involve making and receiving high volumes of phone calls and following up leads and contacts by email.
Candidates must have:
Third level education and degree.
Excellent English and communications skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Have flexibility to working hours.
Previous customer care and support experience.
Excellent problem solving abilities.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Comfortable working with PCs, phones and multiple IT systems.
Target driven with a proven track record of succeeding.
Attention to detail and compliance as a vital part of the role.
